{"id":160,"date":"2010-08-26T10:20:02","date_gmt":"2010-08-26T10:20:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/twillpower.com\/?p=160"},"modified":"2010-08-26T10:20:02","modified_gmt":"2010-08-26T10:20:02","slug":"donis-deli-bag-fabric","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/horsenettle.com\/?p=160","title":{"rendered":"Doni&#8217;s Deli bag fabric"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It&#39;s been over two months since I warped my Emilia and started weaving the fabric for a bag like the one at <a href=\"http:\/\/donisdelis.blogspot.com\/2009\/01\/little-tutorial.html\"><span style=\"color: #666666;\">Doni\u2019s Deli<\/span><\/a>. Why two months? Well, I&#0160;made some beginner mistakes, which I don&#39;t have to list, but the main one was I chose sock yarn for both the warp and weft. With a 12 dent heddle I probably would have been okay, but I only have a 10 dent heddle, and it took a gazillion rows and hours (at least!) to finish the fabric, which measures 100&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Now for washing, hemming, sewing&#8230; Later. For now, I&#39;m content to watch it come off the loom a couple dozen times.
