Take a few straws, cut a small notch near the bottom of each, and thread a strand of yarn through each. Tie each doubled strand near the bottom and begin wrapping a new strand around each straw. There are tutorials on straw loom weaving if you search for it.<\/p>\n<p>My niece made this headband in less than 30 minutes with only four straws and a small amount of self-striping yarn. Talk about a DIY craft!
