Sometimes, a super tiny painting is the way to go. All of these can fit in a 9″x12″ rectangle. Painting on the go is fun. I use four colors and water brushes.

Watercolor: More Structures
For the first time, I painted plein air, which means I took my painting outdoors. Fun! The end products, however, were practice and nothing but. My husband took some wonderful pictures that I used as a reference and I painted these in my journal the next day.
Watercolor Journal
I filled 12 pages of my journal, and it was time to start a new one. Here’s page one. I’m experimenting with sketching structures. It’s a challenge.
