Hourglass Weave-It Square
I pulled out one of my old Weave-Its and followed the instructions in the 1945 “Weave-It Weaves” booklet to weave the hourglass pattern. In this case, I used an off-white cotton for three sides and swapped to maroon for the third. Now I want to do weave all the patterns.
I have a 2-in. Weave-it, but the needle is missing. I’ve tried JoAnn’s, Michaels, and Walmart, but cannot find a 3-in. needle that is skinny enough to fit between the pins and that also has an eye long enough to thread yarn through. Does anyone have any ideas where I might find such a needle?
I found a pack of needles at JoAnne’s in the drapery department. A pack of three with one nice and long hope this helps
