Wonder Weave Loom

I found a great small loom at a thrift shop–the Wonder Weave! It came with instructions, two books of patterns (copyright 1964), a needle, and a finished square someone attempted, maybe 40 years ago. The Wonder Weave makes 4″ squares or 2″x4″ oblongs. I’ve had it two days, and I’m only three squares shy of making that hat I wrote about last time.

I was so happy with my $6 find that my husband helped me make a video tutorial:

  1. I saw your blog post! Yes, it slips around, but not so much now that I’m on square 13. I seem to have figured out how to keep it steady. You have some great creations on your blog, BTW.

    1. There are a number of place to buy 4″ square pin looms (the Zoom Loom is a new one and there are also sellers on places like Etsy), but this little plastic loom isn’t made any longer. You’d need to find one on eBay or at a flea market.

    1. Hi, this is a loom made back in the 1960s or thereabouts. You’ll have to search in second-hand stores and eBay. Good luck!
